WHICH CRITERIA DO YOU HAVE WHEN SELECTING SUPPLIERS?
Our supplier is the manufacturer directly which means they specialize in that product and have the right information and resources to meet customized specifications. Our top priority is quality especially when it comes to Construction Machinery, the manufacturers offer excellent after sales service.
WHICH CHINESE BRAND IS BEST FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY?
There are a number globally recognized brands such XCMG, SANY , ZOOMLION, LONKINGÂ and few more. XCMG is well known for mobile tower cranes , excavators and wheel loaders, and ZOOMLION for cranes and garbage trucks, SANY for excavators and much more.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE DELAYED?
We will communicate with you effectively through out the entire process. Most of the times there aren't any delays however we update our clients regularly and inform them every step of the way. We will do our best to rectify any issues.
HOW DO YOU ASSESS IF A SUPPLIER CAN MAKE GOODS THAT COMPLY WITH [STANDARD / REGULATION]?
We do our research regarding standard and regulations in different countries, then we find a suitable supplier, on some occasions ( mass order) visit the factory to inspect before selecting them. We do a sample production. We review details with supplier such as appearance, dimensions, critical areas and performance. We inspect the sample, confirm process/material is the same as expected on mass production and we then send you the sample and a detailed report.
CAN YOU HELP US WITH SAMPLE ORDERS, QUALITY CONTROL, LAB TESTING AND SHIPPING?
Yes we can assist with all of those. We arrange samples for our clients, we do quality inspections and supervise shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME GOODS ARE DELIVERED WITH A DEFECT?
With our extensive quality control measures, this situation is highly unlikely, However, should that happen, the goods have warranty to cover any internal damage or defect overlooked by the factory.
